I am an SC and NATO cleared experienced Microsoft centric consultant specialising in Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies with a legacy of over 10 years multi vertical technical exposure over a wide range of Microsoft products.

I am passionate about Microsoft technology, proven by being awarded MVP in 2016 and committed to delivering expert and quality solutions to my customers that solve their business challenges. My positive attitude and blue sky thinking  helps solve my customers problems and innovate new ways of working that directly influence productivity and agility.

I worked closely with Mark on a number of Skype for Business project engagements during his tenure with Dell EMC. Mark was a key figure within the Workforce Transformation Practice where his experience and second to none product knowledge assisted Dell EMC in securing some prestigious enterprise projects.

Whilst delivering these projects, Mark demonstrated his ability to understand the objectives, formed good working relationships, built trust, and earned the respect of our customers. Mark is able to articulate information to a wide variety of stakeholders in a down to earth manner.

Technically, Mark is proficient and a subject matter expert in Skype for Business and has been able to successfully design and deploy complex SfB solutions to some of our largest global enterprise customers.

For personal reasons Mark chose to forge a career as an independent consultant, and left Dell EMC in March 2018. He is missed and should Mark ever decide to return, we would gladly accept him back into our team.
