Customer: NHS Hospital
NHS Hospital is a teaching hospital. They had a multi-vendor IP PBX and Analog telephony estate comprising of Cisco, Alcatel and a BT proprietary solution. NHS Hospital were looking to implement Lync 2013 with enterprise voice to discover its potential in transforming their admin business unit’s communications.
