GFM required their EMEA customer care and global ICT service desk contact centers migrating from one data center to another. This involved deploying new Anywhere365 servers into the target data center, migrating SQL CDR and reporting database from old DC to new, migrating contact centers and trusted applications to new DC pool. Updating custom scripts and reconfiguring HA and global DR for contact centers and SQL.
