Mark and I have known each other for a few years now. When we first engaged he was deeply sceptical of the value a recruiter might be able to offer to him, having seen some bad practice in the past that negatively affected him.

Since then, he has (through the medium of occasionally lewd banter over twitter and IM) grown to be a good friend who has mellowed in *some* of his views regarding the recruiting industry. Mark is a really humble guy who perhaps doesn’t give himself, his experience and his skills the credit they deserve, and is one of the strongest Skype / O365 Consultants that I have had the pleasure of working with.

His Skype Show and Three65.Live shows were a great source of community information and will be sadly missed, although his blog is still live and kicking so it is well worthy of a look!

I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a deep technical specialist with ethics and integrity, and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

I’ve worked with and known Mark for a number of years, hes great with customers and really engages with customers to deeply understand their requirements and objectives around solutions to ensure the best outcome for them. Mark is always very professional, an excellent subject matter expert, always willing to learn new technologies and go the extra mile. It was no surprise that Mark was recognised by Microsoft and awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) as being a technology expert who passionately shares his knowledge with the community.

I highly recommend Mark as an outstanding IT Professional, Community Leader, MVP and Consultant of Microsoft Technologies.
